about me ☕︎

I grew up in Izmir, in a home filled with warmth. My academic journey took me to Hacettepe University in Ankara, where I studied French language and literature—those were truly my best years, and Ankara holds a special place in my heart.
People always told me I had a knack for drawing since I was a child. Those early years were spent on the streets playing with friends the games we created, and nurturing a fascination for fairy tales, cartoons, and all things fantastic. My family and environment have always played a role in nurturing my creativity. Although art has always been in my life, it has never been my priority. But as I neared the end of university, despite the enriching experience of studying literature, I found myself gravitating towards art.
After taking drawing more seriously, my interest shifted towards character design and animation. That interest eventually led me to try my hand at tattooing with the little help of luck.
My tattoo designs draw inspiration from stories and the nostalgia of my childhood. I try to capture the little details of life. I find joy in discovering and designing subtle, hidden meanings rather than the obvious. I like to see in my designs a framed moment, a nostalgic echo, a whimsical world. And also working with thin lines and soft colors are my preference—I think it makes the tattoo seamlessly become a part of the skin.
While tattooing marked a crucial step, it's just the beginning of my broader artistic goals.
Thank you for being a part of my artistic journey!
